What it is
Galactic Conquest is a veteran browser space strategy game in which every empire shares one galaxy per server. Turns accrue over time, and you spend them developing colonies, researching more than a hundred technologies, trading minerals on the market and designing fleets to raid or defend. Six races play very differently, from defensive miners to infecting and assimilating aggressors, and federations coordinate wars and diplomacy. Anyone who completes the two-part Kal-Zul Overmind superweapon and survives 48 hours blows up the universe and wipes most stockpiles, and the game has been under active development again since 2026.
