What it is
Dreadcast is a French browser roleplaying game set in a science-fiction city described as humanity's last bastion. Players hold jobs in companies, vote for sector representatives, fight, craft, hack and pick locks, and treat injuries in real time, with heavy emphasis on written roleplay overseen by game masters. It is free with an optional Premium tier, has been patched steadily since 2007, and offers a companion phone app for chat. All content is in French.
