What it is
Star Wars Combine is a free, text-driven MMO set in the Star Wars galaxy and run by a volunteer team since 1998. Hyperspace travel takes real hours or days, factions run economies and governments, and players build, trade, fight and roleplay; character death is usually permanent. Updates arrive as regular sync reports and balance passes, and the game keeps its own calendar, Combine Galactic Time.
