What it is
Rail Nation is a train-management MMO developed by Bright Future and published by Travian Games, in which you found a railway company, buy engines from more than 170 historic models and haul goods and passengers between cities whose prices update in real time. You join an association and cooperate to grow a home city into a metropolis while competing with rival cities on scenario maps such as Classic, American Dream and Steam Over Europe, as game worlds advance through six eras. It is browser-based with iOS and Android apps, free to play with in-app purchases, and has been running since January 2013.
