What it is
Sotto Borgo is a free Italian mafia role-playing game played entirely in the browser. You commit crimes, buy buildings for passive income, fight other players, found or join a clan to conquer territory, and move goods between cities on a map of Italy where police checkpoints and 'red zone' lockdowns add risk; poker, roulette and street races use in-game money only. The small team ships updates almost weekly, calls the game an open beta, and promises no feature will ever sit behind a paywall. Around seventy players had registered when checked.
