What it is
Norroth is a tile-based fantasy MMORPG with more than 300 handmade maps of towns, dungeons and islands. You fight monsters and bosses in turn-based battles, gather through seven professions such as mining, woodcutting and farming, craft everything from planks to weapons, and trade with vendors and other players. Guilds develop a shared territory that grows into a town, and players can own a house and build a ship to sail to new islands. The current pre-release version (0.8.x) stays playable while a cross-platform 1.0 server for browser and Steam opens on 16 October 2026.
