What it is
Idle Hacking calls itself an inaction RPG: your rig runs Code, Compute, Mine and Sniff processes that keep producing resources while you are away, and you push it through ever more hostile networks for credits, XP and gear with randomised ARPG-style affixes. The shared side is a player marketplace, player-run syndicates, contracts, rankings, community events and live chat. It is free to play in the browser, with the same game on Steam and cross-platform play.
