What it is
Crystaria Online is a text-based MMORPG with a tile map: you wake on a tutorial island with a walking stick, pick a race and the first of 19 classes, then fight turn-based battles, gather and craft gear across towns, the sky and an underworld. Around that sit dungeons, raids, an arena for PvP, parties, chat and mail, and guilds that level up, go to war and control zones. It is made by one person in their spare time, has no shop, and ships long, frequent patch notes; guests can play for seven days before registering.
