What it is
Cantr II is a free text-based role-playing game in which the whole world, from its settlements and economies to its religions and politics, is created by the characters players run. Each player may control up to fifteen characters, each embedded in its own community, and the pace is deliberately slow, so a few check-ins a day are enough to keep up. The interface is offered in around twenty languages, and a player-run wiki, a busy forum and a Discord server support the game. It suits patient roleplayers who prefer emergent stories to combat statistics.
